KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION IS APRIL 27th
BY APPOINTMENT at Central Enrollment!

We will have a packet of materials for your child to work on over the summer and helpful information about making a smooth transition to school. 

 Students must be
Five years of age ON or BEFORE 9-1-21

All new CCPS students must complete online registration and schedule an appointment. Current CCPS Pre-K students enrolling for Kindergarten do not have to complete online registration.

After completing online registration, you will receive your appointment time to visit on April 27th.

The Following Documents are required for enrollment:

Birth Certificate (or other proof of birth date)

Social Security Card (or request waiver)

Valid and current:  Georgia 3231 Immunization Certificate AND Georgia 3300 Hearing, Vision, and Dental Screening Form

2 Current Proofs of Residency

Photo I D of parent or legal guardian

Proof of Legal Custody or Guardianship (if applicable) 

Safety is our top priority. When visiting school or the enrollment center, please follow these guidelines:
- Wear a mask covering your mouth and nose
- Limit the number of parents or guardians to one per student
 - Keep a safe distance of 6 feet when possible
